These terms apply to your use of the HKay Academy website. Enrollment in an HKay Academy program is governed by the enrollment agreement provided before services begin. If these website terms and an enrollment agreement differ on a service matter, the enrollment agreement applies.
1. Website information
Website content is provided for general information about HKay Academy’s programs and processes. Program availability, schedules and recommendations depend on the student’s needs and current availability.
2. Consultations, enrollment and assessment
Submitting a consultation or contact form does not enroll a student or reserve a schedule. Enrollment is complete only when the required enrollment steps and first payment have been completed. The 90-minute Academic Discovery Assessment then takes place at no additional fee.
3. Packages, payments and commitment
Displayed prices apply to small-group instruction unless stated otherwise. Small groups include no more than six students. Packages normally run for five to six months, with payment due monthly before the first scheduled session of each month. Enrollment commits the family to the full package period; any exceptions are governed by the enrollment agreement.
4. Scheduling and unused hours
Sessions are scheduled monthly. Package hours must be used within the applicable month unless HKay Academy cancels a session. Unused hours do not otherwise carry forward. Schedule-change and cancellation details are provided before enrollment.
5. Academic outcomes
HKay Academy provides structured coaching, personalized direction and progress feedback, but does not guarantee a specific grade, admission result or academic outcome. Results also depend on attendance, participation, practice and circumstances outside HKay Academy’s control.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content and HKay Academy learning materials may not be copied, republished, sold or distributed without permission, except for personal use expressly permitted by HKay Academy. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or submit false, unlawful or harmful content.
7. Privacy and external services
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Links or services provided by third parties may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
8. Changes and contact

9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
