It is used to evaluate the student’s learning needs, contact the parent or guardian, arrange an initial consultation or assessment, and recommend appropriate services. HKay Academy does not sell consultation request information. Consultation request information is retained only as long as needed to manage the inquiry, enrollment process and applicable recordkeeping, after which it is deleted or anonymized when appropriate.
