HKay Academy respects the privacy of families, students and website visitors. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information we collect
We may collect parent or guardian names and contact details; student names, grade, subject, learning goals and academic concerns; optional school, curriculum and learning-format information; consultation, enrollment and payment records; and information you include in messages to us.
Our website also records limited technical and campaign information, such as the page visited, referral source, campaign parameters and consultation or contact-form activity. This first-party information helps us understand which pages and calls to action support inquiries. It is not used to build advertising profiles.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, assess academic needs after enrollment, recommend and provide services, manage scheduling and payments, communicate progress, maintain records, improve the website and protect our forms from abuse.
3. Consent

HKay Academy does not sell personal information. Parents or guardians should submit information about minor students. Please do not provide medical records, government identification numbers or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for an academic inquiry.
6. Retention and safeguards
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, enrollment, service delivery, legal obligations and recordkeeping. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Access, correction and questions
You may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent or raise a privacy concern by contacting info@hkayacademy.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Policy changes
We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is published.
