Strengthen foundations
Revisit the concepts and skills that current learning depends on.
Personalized Mathematics, Science and Physics support for students in Grades 7–12.
HKay Academy programs connect each student’s current classroom needs with the foundations required for lasting progress. Instruction is shaped by the student’s starting point, goals and pace, not by a one-size-fits-all lesson sequence.
Final program recommendations are made following the consultation and assessment.

Students strengthen concepts, reasoning and problem-solving skills through clear explanations and purposeful practice connected to Ontario and International Baccalaureate (IB) curricula expectations.

Students develop conceptual understanding, scientific reasoning and the ability to apply ideas to unfamiliar questions, not simply memorize isolated facts or formulas.

Revisit the concepts and skills that current learning depends on.

Make sense of ideas, methods and relationships instead of memorizing steps.

Build readiness for current coursework, assessments and future academic demands.
One student may need to rebuild a missing foundation. Another may understand the concepts but need support applying them independently. A third may be ready to extend their learning and prepare for more advanced work.
We begin by understanding what is getting in the way, what is already strong and what should happen next. That evidence guides the recommended program, priorities and pace.
